Hi!

Okey, I'm starting to stress about this PS . I have to call on March 31st and I want to make sure I got this right . I've been looking for a link which gives me step by step instructions but I can't find it!
After I call the 407# I quickly hit 1 then 1 again....as soon as the CM starts asking questions I cut him off and start talking....
