Has anyone stayed in this are? looking for any info we can get for places to stay, either condo or villa close to shops/restaurants & beach. Possible accommodation Shorewalk Vacation Villas, if anyone has stayed there?

We are staying in Bradenton in December for a week. Haven't stayed there before but the villa looks beautiful, not long built. Would like me to PM you the details?

I've stayed there in 1996, its a nice enough resort but isnt anywhere near the shore!. On a busy road behind a supermarket and strip mall with cinema bar and a few shops. The apartments are fairly large and there is a nice pool but it will be a 10 minute drive at least to the beach.
I'm sure there are condos closer to the beach.

Hi Chrissy

We love the Sarasota area - great beaches, good shopping and restaurants. So much so that we bought a house in Bradenton which we do rent out. It's about a 15 minute drive to the beach but the community has great leisure facilities (big pool, tennis courts etc) I could send you the details if you are interested.
