Boys character meals

Ohanas Best Friend Breakfast is a Must do!
My DS has requested this every year this will be our 4th year.
The food is good and it's served Family Styled--they bring
the food to you--all you care to eat.
Hawaiian themed restaurant is very relaxing.
The Characters are: Lilo, Stitch (fun), Mickey and Pluto.
The atmosphere is very fun but not over the top and the
characters spend plenty of time at each table.

We also really enjoyed eating at "Donalds Breakfast Safari"
at Tusker House in AK. Very fun not over the top atmosphere.
Characters are great: Donald, Daisy and Goofy.
Very conventant location on AK park Day. Food was good also.

We are some of the few who do not care for Chef Mickeys
because I can't eat when it's very loud and there is to
much comotion going on, we ate there for dinner, maybe
breakfast is not that over the top. Kids at restaurant seemed out of
control and were allowed to touch everything on the buffet which
grossed me out. Cost for Dinner is not worth
the quality of the food at CM or the atmosphere.

 My kids have never been to WDW and it's DS#1 - the teenager - who most wants to have a character meal every day while Ds#3 (6) doesn't care at all - go figure but DS#2 :sad1: is devastated that they don't have a meal with Buzz.

But have to say I'm kind of bummed at all the princess/girl meals/events (CRT, akershus and Tea at GF) with nothing special for boys besides the pirate cruise which eliminates older boys like my teenager.

I'm going to try for Cape May for Goofy Minnie & Donald & Ohana's to see Stitch & Lilo & Mickey with the torture of waiting in line :faint: to see the Power Rangers (would also be awesome to have them in a meal; can you see the boys???:hyper::hyper: :hyper: ) will also have to wait in line for Buzz . Hopefully that wil keep them happy.

I'm in the same boat! It's really frustrating.

We have 3 children, 2 DD's (9 and 3) and 1 DS (6). They are absolutely missing a HUGE market with little boys. My son has been absolutely obsessed with being "Prince Phillip" or "Prince Charming" since returning from the World last year. It was at the castle show and 1900 PF that his obsession began.. I've searched high and low while there and at home for a costume of some sort. Nothing just princess gowns. *sigh*

I agree, Disney needs to step it up a bit in the boy category. We would love to see a Pirate, Power Ranger, Star Wars, or Toy Story Meal.

For now, We will continue to use the other options. We've been to Crystal Palace, 1900 PF, Ohana's, PT 50's, Liberty Tree. This time we are doing Chef Mickey's, CRT, Crystal Palace, and Whispering Canyon. Hoping something will knock his socks off! My girls get the castle! :)

I am in that boat also. With mine at 4, 7 and 9 they would love Starwars and to be honest I would do any thing to eat lunch w/ Capt Jack and the pirates!

I think we are going for the chef Mickey b/c not sure about the food atOhana they liked the menu list at Chef Mickey
