:confused3 OK, so who thinks I was over-tired when I did that search? I should have found both those locations. THANKS!:flower3: and SORRY

I feel your pain

A couple days ago the picture at the bottom of your post was a sunset taken through a DCL door. Can you post it again or share a link to it? It was LOVELY!

thanks

Warm wishes to all who are sailing on this cruise. We were on the May 2007 TA and it was spectacular. Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy!!! :wave2::wave2:

Is anyone on the 9:20 British Airways flight to London on the 24th? I am trying to decide if I ditch the Disney transfers and get off the boat at 6:30 for the 9:20 flight. I am just not sure about the customs and being able to get off. DCL says they have not set a disembarkation time yet.

We are on this flight

So, will that be Fri., April 9? We expect to be in EPCOT as well that day. Any others for a mini-meet? We did that in Oct. '08 for ILLUMINATIONS, but it could be for a photo-op (Flower show in full bloom), wine flights at Germany, an Off Kilter show, whatever. Maybe an Illuminations cruise leaving from the Yacht Club? Any interest?

I'm up for an Illuminations Cruise but the chances of securing one at this point are slim to none. However, we can check on the main boards (do they still have the Illuminations Sharing thread?) We're arriving Fri late afternoon and staying at BCV.

I think I suggested that to be eligible for the door decoration contest, a person has to:
-- sign up here online, and
-- attend the Awards Lunch.

A ballot listing the cabin numbers would be prepared and distributed (perhaps on Day 1 at the DISmeet before the muster drill).

Some more thoughts:

A ballot with specific cabin numbers will make it easier for people to find and vote on the nominated doors. Otherwise people might be voting on doors belonging to people not attending the Awards Lunch.

If it's alright with Dee, we can let people turn in their ballots at any of the book exchanges.

After seeing photos of Brooklyn's door, I suggest we add that a person can win one category only. So if there are four categories, there will be four different winners.

.

That's fine by me as long as I know who to turn the ballots to. Also, we can add a sheet on the All-Important Master Locator and Cougar Finder Spreadsheet for people who would like their doors judged.

I agree 1 category win per person only. Ummm...nothing personal, Stephanie

Hi all, well you know the saying - you think of it, you get to do it :)

I am organizing a FE Group #3 === Limited to 10 cabins. This group will close March 31st or sooner if the group fills. One gift per cabin is what I think makes sense. Since we are starting so late, I didn't want a larger group.

I don't read the boards as much as my e-mail so please use the PM / e-mail option to let me know you want in.

AuntLynne - please jump in with some other info folks need or that I should add.

Or we can add a sheet to our spreadsheets on Google Docs. Would you like me to do it?

That's on the first page of the website, too! I think your homework assignment is to go take a look over there. :goodvibes

I don't know if this has been posted already (I don't get to check the computer that often), but is anyone else on the US airways flight out of Philly at 7:55am on the morning of the cruise?

Also, I read somewhere about fitness classes offered on the ship. Does anyone know about them, different levels, variety of classes, etc? I really want to be able to enjoy the food on the ship without worrying about my clothes not fitting by the end of the cruise!!:)

Can't believe we sail in a month...looking forward to meeting you all!!!

Yup. I'm on that flight.

Are you on the 10:35am flight back on the 24th?

Here's hoping some of us Canadians start getting our documents today:thumbsup2

Has anyone done an official Cougar count? Cause from what I've read there almost seems to be more cougars on this cruise than kids LOL:rotfl2::rotfl2:
Should I be scared, or excited.......:confused3

Have a great day cruisers

Alex

Just a thought.....In the spirit of keeping it all in the same place...how about we put up another spreadsheet on the google site for those who want their DOOR judged ...then they can sign up. Then we can add that on page 1 info for thise who miss the post :thumbsup2

I am going to put my door up for consideration however being a door decoration newbie.... I definitely feel out ranked by the pros:goodvibes

Yup. I'm on that flight.

Are you on the 10:35am flight back on the 24th?

We are on the 10:35 return flight. Hopefully they'll let us folks off the boat earlier than the listed debarkation time (8:00am) since it also said in our docs that we needed to be at the terminal 4 hours early for international flights.

Since they booked us that flight, you'd think they would, but it's still something that is bothering me.

PLEASE let the CD be Brent, PLEASE!

I was on the Jan30 cruise on the Magic and Brent said he would be on the TA. Lots of others, servers especially, that I talked to were going to be on leave and joining the cruise in Barcelona.

I was on the week before Tinked and he also said he'd be on the EBTA and I think his wife is currently on the ship. I hope he didn't have to take time off for any emergencies.

Our favorite head server is on vacation right now and getting back on the ship when we arrive in Barcelona. Very sad we won't be cruising with him, but we are trying to arrange a meet-up in Barcelona...even if it's only for a hug :grouphug: and a "HI!".

.

Lets get back to the fun and excitement of the cruise. We are all dealing with personal problems, lets put them aside and continue to enjoy getting to know each other on this thread before we cruise.

Would love to join the door contest. I plan on changing my door for different ports- how would that work out for judging? Whatever anyone decides is ok with me.

Are we still having a meet at Country Inn and Suites at 6:00?
