We are still staying at the Ayre's and going to micro-brewery. What I would have used the pin for was for the family to go. I am going to price it.

On a happy note, he's gone 2 nights without ANY seizure activity! Had some myoclonic twitching through, but they tell me not to worry about that...

I am sorry too...you faithfully pay your part and then they have to give you grief about their part. I am trying to get my AFLAC supplemental to kick in for Boo's arm this summer.

I do have to say the insurance has been awesome this year up until this summer. The premiums went up sky high this year, but most things I needed approved referrals for last year, like MRIs, no longer needed a referral, just a docs order. So there were some good changes in policy too.

For weeks Anakin has been talking about seeing the dancing bones again at the Sesame Street Show. He also loves Abby Cadaby Maze.

We haven't been to IOA since March, and haven't been to Universal since 2003ish. Grumpy and Goofy would like to do Men in Black. Not sure what Anakin can do, as their handicap guide shows most attractions have strobe lights.

I was never so happy to receive a phone call today from the insurance company as I was this afternoon. The medical review board looked at the additional information that was faxed to them. They approved occupational therapy for Anakin through December!!! Hurray!!

Thank you all so much for the good thoughts and prayers! Only one more claim to dispute, the ambulance one. Where they said a seizure while swimming was not an emergency because he stopped seizing before the ambulance got there and he didn't need any supportive care en route. Probably thanks to the lifeguards who did such a wonderful job and started oxygen when I checked that his 02 sat was 90.

After the excitement of the phone call, Anakin and I got out the numbered Mickey's and there are now 21 Mickey's counting down on the refrigerator!!!! We were green, and recycled the Mickey's from the last calendar!

Speaking of green, I bought Anakin a Hanes sweatshirt for when it gets cooler. One of the fabrics listed had 5% recycled plastic bottles in it?!

Continuing on the topic of recycling, Anakin wants to make paper at Innoventions if they are still doing it. We found the Paper U hidden in a corner the last time we walked through there to beat the heat.

He has gotten shirts, hats, cups, a stadium seat pad, insulated lunch bags, a nylon type of material back pack. It is amazing the things that they make with the recycled plastics.
