Bounce back offer in effect right now

We were at the CR the week before Christmas (which has computers in the rooms). The messages we received through the WDW computer said to use the "CDR" code for the bounce back offer. When I called (12/23/07) to book my return trip, the CM said the CDR code wasn't working but he found another one that did.

Interestingly, the message on the computer did not include the moderates in the 30% off offer. It only mentioned deluxe hotel bookings. I assume the omission was to encourage deluxe bookings.

Ah ha! So someone else had a problem with CDR too, lol. Everyone in my family is happily booked, but it wasn't easy......

Hi!

I booked a bounceback rate on the last day of our trip. (12/26). I booked FW Cabins for something like $200 or so a night (maybe it was more, can't remember) for 2/1-2/3. Here's the problem-I haven't received a confirmation email and I cannot locate the paper on which I wrote the confirmation # and the room rate! I feel like a real idiot-I usually guard this information with my life!


If I call CRO will they be able to retrieve the information? I was thinking of switching resorts-will I be able to get the bounceback rate?

When I call CRO, after I verify my phone number, name and address, they always say "I see you have reservations for...." so I do think they can pull up your reservation info. Good luck.

For some reason, my resort reservation number cannot be found by CRO when i first call in. They have to do a search, but it doesn't simply come up when i provide them with the number. Something's definetly not right with that.

Sorry - a newbie here - what does bounceback refer to - if you stay at the resorts and then get a coupon/promo to come back again?

Bounceback means that if you make a reservation before you check out of a WDW resort, and the reservation is for certain non-peak periods, you get some percentage off the room price. 30% off is the discount for deluxe resorts (possibly also moderates) while 40% off applies to the deluxe villas.

The current dates for booking (deluxe resorts) are:

1/6 to 2/2/08
2/24 to 3/1/08
3/30 to 4/12/08
8/10 to 9/27/08

I think there is a similar offer for the disney dining plan but I'm not familiar with it.

Would you believe that I found my confirmation number right after I posted my question-talk about pixie dust!!!!

I went on disney.com and was able to pull up my reservation. Thank goodness!!!!!!!!!!!
