Both Water Parks Open This Summer?

Any idea if Blizzard Beach will be open along with Typhoon Lagoon this summer? We are going in late August and usually do one day at each of the water parks. Thanks.

Disney hasn't said anything, but based on this article, it doesn't seem likely, unless whatever they're doing will be completed by the time of your visit.

99.9% sure BB will not open this summer. Disney won't say anything, just as they didn't last year with TL, but it won't open.

Same here (times going and wanting both). I had worked in two days for water parks. Now I'm wondering if we are actually gonna want the second day if it's to go back to the same one again.

Disappointed to read this thread. My family just did a trip to TL last weekend and were thinking about BB when we are in Orlando again in August. Hoping we get lucky and its open by then
