Borrowing Restrictions question.

Does anyone know how the borrowing restrictions effect people with odd number contract? For example with a 75 point contact would be 37.5 points. Will DVC round up to allow 38 points to be borrowed or down for 37 points. The one point is not going to break me as I can always acquire a one time use point but am curious how DVC is handling these odd number contracts. Thanks in advance of your feedback
