Borrowing limitations pop up gone?

Hey, am I crazy? I even cleared my cookies...did they take away the "50% borrowing limitation" pop up sometime today? I only noticed because I'm stalking a reservation so I refresh multiple times a day...

I am not getting the pop up but it is still only giving me the ability to borrow half.
