Booking your 3 AP rate rooms

I know that you can book upto 3 rooms on my annual pass and we have done this. For our next trip I have one room (and the AP) my parents are in another room and my brothers in yet another.

Do all three rooms have to be under my name? When I was reading the details it sounds like I just have to be there when they check in which is no problem but I just wanted to know if anyone else has ever done this...

First time I've done this too. They told me all rooms would have to be under my name, since I was the passholder. I don't think you have to be there when they check in. I think you only need to check in prior to them so they can verify your pass. They may not even need to check in. When you check in, they may give you all the keys at once.

However, they did take down the names of my in-laws and parents, so they have a record of them. So, if they took the names of the room occupants like they did with me, everyone may be good to go and check in on their own.

I just heard back from the travel agent (well, one of her colleagues since she is out of the office today).

"Let me put your mind at ease….. As long as the reservations are linked and I’m sure your TA has them that way (so you get rooms near each other if possible) all that is necessary is for you to be there when they check in … so that the AP is available for guest services to check . You are allowed up to 3 rooms per annual pass and each room should have the names of the persons that are staying there so it seems to me that all is fine. "

I thought that I would post this response in case anyone else had a similiar question.
