Booking with AP discount on week APs expire...

Hi all,

Planning to book a room only stay in May during the week that our APs expire, and I'm not sure if we will be renewing. If an AP discount comes out for our dates within the next few months, will I be able to book the whole stay with the discount, or will it only discount the days that the AP is still active? I figure if my credit card is charged with the balance on check-in day, I would get the discounted price for the whole stay, since our APs will be active at check-in, but I'm not sure.

We booked a room only with an AP discount for Dec. 19-24. Our AP's expire Dec. 21st and we will not be renewing. Since I will pay the balance upon checkin I'm assuming that's fine. When I phoned to book it didn't seem to be a problem, but I never specifically asked if my AP had to be active the whole time. I think it should be okay.

Good question, ours expire 1/14 and we check out the 16th and I never even gave it a thought that it would be an issue.
