Booking Virgin flights through Thomas Cook?

I want to ask for TC vouchers for my birthday so that i can book my Florida holiday for this year, but I want go via Virgin flights (not TC flights), does anyone know whether you can book a package holiday with TC but with Virgin flights please? I was going to ask for Virgin vouchers, but they don't accept deposits when booking (they want the whole amount).

Any help greatly appreciated.

Yes thomas cook are a travel agent so can book most tour operators.
