I got everything I wanted, except Le Celier. Wasn't willing to switch days. I had to switch dinner for 'Ohana, but it still worked with my plans.
Here is what I got:
'Ohana Dinner
CRT Lunch
Akershus Lunch
Teppan Edo dinner
1900 Park Fare breakfast
Chef Mickey's dinner
Chef Mickey's breakfast
Crystal Palace breakfast (8:10)

I'm so happy and relieved. I hope everybody did well as well. The online system worked GREAT! It only took 20 minutes.

Ok, for those not happy about being up this early - this is my second day in a row of being up this early!

Yesterday was our 90 day opening, but since I booked through AAA I was (as expected) unable to unlock my 90+10. So I had to wait until 7:00 (actually 6:00 our time) to call in. As others said, I started calling one minute early and kept hitting redial. When I got in, it was already a 30 minute wait. I did get everything we wanted, but I had to move CRT from 9/26 to 10/1 and swap it with Crystal Palace.

So I got back up at 6:00 this morning (again, that is 5:00 our time) since this was the 90th day from 9/26 and I thought I might get lucky with CRT. Luckily, I snagged it at 10:15 (we were hoping for 10:00), so it was definitely worth getting up.

The bad part is that I now need to try and book Crystal Palace on 10/1, and I need to cancel my CRT for 10/1 and my Crystal Palace set for 9/26. Of course, since I had to book those on the phone, I can't cancel them online.

Persistance does pay off people. On our 90 day window, we could not get CRT at all for breakfast or lunch. I checked exactly 90 days from the date we wanted it, and had 2 choices within 15 minutes of my request (asked for 10:00 and given 9:45 or 10:15).

I totally agree! It would be easy for them to set the server to not refresh till 7am and at least that would put everyone on semi-equal footing. (although not really because I expect to wait on hold for 45 minutes this am)

It seems to me that Disney's motivation for adding an online system would be to reduce man hours needed for phone reps. If they opened phone lines and online at the same time, we ALL know everyone would STILL be on the phone lines at the same time every morning WHILE they were trying to type in their ADR's.....

That said, they should have worked out the bugs first to be fair to everyone!

got everything I wanted! wooohoooo! the only thing that bummed me is on my bday I couldnt get crystal palace at 8am...got it at 9am instead. Not complaining too much! Booked 17 ADRs in all under an hour

This is frustrating...2 dueling cell phones. Just got through. Estimated wait time over 30 minutes. The web site is locking up. And, I suspect because we used a TA, we won't be able to do 90+10 online. (as we saw someone else have issues with)

Any tips for the web site?

Well at 6:59AM I kept hitting redial. I was with a wonderful cast member who immediately sensed the urgency in my voice and got to work at 7:01AM. I even screetched "IF WE GET DISCONNECTED JUST SAVE EVERYTHING YOU'VE DONE I'LL CALL BACKKKK"

I made one a few days ago by phone, the rest online. I just did one last check (you know, before I breathe a big sigh of relief and let this GO for a while!) and even the phone ADR came up!

The ones I made on the phone will not show up online. However, I was also not able to unlock the 90+10 online because we booked through AAA, so that may be why.

I made a couple online this morning and they show up online, but none of the ones I have had to make on the phone show up.

I didn't do well. Other than getting on the phone with an agent pretty quick. I got a CM at 7:07. Had to call since I booked through AAA. The only times available seem to be before 5! So I will be eating at like 4:30 every night! Plus I couldn't get CRT or CM for my daughter's 6th birthday. I even tried CM for other nights and nothing. So sad especially since I'm paying for the dining plan! I am hoping something will open up at the 45 day mark. On top of all this my Sunday paper didn't come! (I look forward to the Sunday paper all week)

Go online at 6AM every day going forward. They release new times at every 90 day mark and people have been very successful. Heres to some hope for your daughter!

Looks like we are locked out of 90+10. I was able to just get 9/26 Capt Grille at 1730 (goal 1800). Unable to retrieve beyond. Disappointing, as we also used a reputable WDW approved TA. For future reference: is there a way to avoid this issue, and still use a TA.

DW is also now on hold. She's got Swisskapolka hold music, while I've got the MK park opening song: Main St USA.

Your post made me laugh. Especially the screeching one-liner about getting disconnected.

I got through w/out any wait (used 2 cell phones and 1 land line - the land line got through 1st). Got pretty much all we requested....just had to juggle a bit. Took 13 minutes on the phone.

Nothing available on 9/29 for Crystal Palace....all day!

I have done decision trees (who knew that business stats math class would actually be beneficial for vacation planning one day?!), spreadsheets, planned out choice after choice....

and I still stumbled around and sweated it out when on the phone w/the CM. She must have thought I was a bit "slow on the draw"...even gave her the wrong initial date for my CP request....and couldn't keep up w/her speedy recitation of some of my confirmation numbers.

We called right on the dot, and I sat on hold for almost 20 minutes.

Not one opening for dinner at Le Cellier during our visit.

I got 10/2 dinner at 9:00 at Cali Grill, should be able to see Hallowishes at 9:30.

I tried to get O'hana, but could not get a time before 9 p.m. Our last night in the world, we are doing a late dinner, but there is no way to do a dinner that late and then hit rope drop the next day, at least for our family.

All in all, I am pretty happy, but given that I called exactly at the 90 Day mark, exactly at 7 a.m. I am sad we missed out on two of our favorite restaurants.

how about lunch at CM? we booked one for 230...they opened lunch for FDing

Did you try to do any lunches or breakfasts for Chef Mickeys?? Keep trying....like other posters have said, especially at 6am on the 90 day mark before dd's 6th b-day. I'm sure something will open up.

I can't make them online b/c they won't let you for groups of 10 or more
