Booking today - 6/28

After I got off the phone, my husband phoned back an hour later and managed to score Le Cellier! I'm not sure how he did it when the agent I spoke with could find nothing for our entire week, but he must have the magic dialing fingers. :) After another 30 minute wait, he was offered an ADR for lunch or dinner on 10/3, a Saturday no less. Go figure. . . :confused3

I guess it doesn't matter how it happened, but I'm happy now!

Here's hoping everyone else has good luck!

Go online at 6AM every day going forward. They release new times at every 90 day mark and people have been very successful. Heres to some hope for your daughter! :cheer2:

Thanks. Can I go online after the fact once a CM unlocks on the phone? I booked through AAA

Did you try to do any lunches or breakfasts for Chef Mickeys?? Keep trying....like other posters have said, especially at 6am on the 90 day mark before dd's 6th b-day. I'm sure something will open up.

I tried to call back and do Chef Mickey's for breakfast but I got all circuits are busy! So I'm going to try alittle later or tomorrow morning and probably many mornings after that!

Im not sure of this but I believe anyone can book exactly 90 days out whether you have a resort onsite reservation or not. You just have to have an onsite reservation to book 90 + 10. TA, AAA and DVC can book their 90 days online but NOT the +10 I think.

WOW it looks like a TON of us are going around 9/26-10/3.

How do you unlock the 90+10? I booked my vacation through Disney NOT a TA. I went and signed in but it will not let me see past 90. Is there somewhere I am suppose to enter my ressie number?? I can't seem to find it. Thanks for any help!!!

Got most of what I wanted, but now it seems to be stuck on a blank screen at check out.:scared1::scared1::scared1:

This has happened to me on many occasions. With a blank screen at this point and no email, I didn't think I got anything. BUT, if you will go to the my disney suitcase and select my dining reservations you will see them there. Copy your confirmation numbers and you're set. Once I log off, this info will be gone and without the confirmation numbers a CM wasn't able to pull them up.

Happened to my friend yesterday also and she was able to follow my instructions and got her confirmation numbers.

Select a restaurant and then above the place where you enter the date will be a line that says retrieve reservation. If you click on that you will be able to enter your resort reservation number and telephone number.

You need to click on associate my reservation. It is near the top of the dining booking page. You'll enter your room reservation number and your phone number. That is what unlocks the plus 10.

:hippie: Good Morning :hippie:
We will be staying the week of 9/27 and I had called last Thursday because that's when a CM told me to call three months ago (LOL) and then when I called on Thursday, CM to call back on Sunday morning.... logged on at 6:00 this morning to find out I have to wait until Monday Morning! I finally remembered DIS has the ADR calculator, checked it out and it stated tomorrow's date....
Would have saved a lot of time had I remembered that calculator from the beginning! :lmao:

So I'm going through this thread and I want to say Thank You - now I know what to do for tomorrow!!!
I booked through AAA....
Even though I've been reading, maybe you Early Sunday Morning Veterans can give a Monday Morning youngster some tips :surfweb:
You know, Shoulda, Coulda, Woulda done
Thanks

Why HELLO to you!!!!

If I were booking ADR's tomorrow I would def call in as well as start online, this way you can get a head start on the other callers. I dont think you can book some stuff online like the "F" package, so calling in is a must....Have a plan of attack, where your going to be on that day and plan your ADR's around that! We are NOT going to chase ADR's, in the end it all worked out GREAT!!! GOOD LUCK!!

When the AP discounts came out this week I switched from free dining to the AP discount. The only problem was I had to go with a king room at CSR for my first night (Sept 26th) and then get another ressie for a standard room for Sept 27th-Oct 4th. With the money I saved I was able to upgrade from the basic DDP to the DxDDP and Disney still owed my credit card money.:cool1:

When I tried to book online this morning it would only let me book Sept 26th and Sept 27th. So I had to call at 6:00am CT.:headache: The CM asked for both my room ressies, said no problem, as they could see I was there for eight consecutive nights. She was able to get my last seven days worth of ADrs with no problem. I had to switch two of my lunches around (because of Le Cellier), but got everything within 15 minutes of when I wanted them. I was even able to get Le Cellier twice (lunch and dinner) and got California Grill for my very first night. I got:

9/26 Sat
D California Grill 7:20pm

9/27 Sun
B Boma 9:00am
L Coral Reef :2pm
D Artist Point 7:45pm

9/28 Mon
L Raglan Road 12:00
D San Angel Inn 6:15pm

9/29 Tues
B Grand Floridian Cafe 9:00am
L Tusker House (Nemo pkg) 1:30pm
D Narcoosee 7:45pm

9/30 Wed
L Mama Melrose 12:30pm
D Flying Fish 7:25pm

10/01 Thurs
B Kona 9:10am
L Grand Floridian Cafe 1"10pm
D Maya Grill 8:00pm (will change to Kouzzina as soon as ADRs open for it)

10/02
L Le Cellier 11:55am
D Boma 7:45pm

10/03
B Maya Grill 7:45am (just to use up a credit, may change)
D Le Cellier 7:40pm

10/04
L Yak & Yeti
then will use last meal credit for food to take to the airport

We are checking in at the WL on 9/26-9/28. On 9/28 we check in at the Beach Club and check out at Sunday 10/4.
Then I logged on to the Dis and read the posts here, then the rep came on the line. I am not able to book ADR's for 9/29-10/4, since that is under another a reservation, she said I would have to call back at 7 am on 6/30. I said how can I prevent this when I book a split stay in the future, she said to have one reservation number...I said, I can book 2 resort stays under 1 reservation number, she said no. She said she was sorry, that she is not even able to enter an ADR for 9/29 into the system since my WL reservation ends on 9/28. She reassured me this goes for anyone calling in with the same scenario as myself.

I probably will not consider a split stay in the future given the inability to book your ADR's at once.

Oh no! Read my above post. I was able to book the 90 +10 for my entire trip. I'm also doing a split stay and have two reservation numbers. The CM I had, just asked for both reservations, verified I was going to be there for the full week and told me no problem. It wasn't even an issue and I got every ADR I wanted.:confused3

But I believe you were staying at the same resort. I haven't read any posts from anyone doing a true split stay (2 different resorts) who has been able to book ADR's all at once. It's really not right.

That's true, but I also did a split stay last year between Pop and CBR and was able to book all my ADRs. That time the CM did have to ask for help, but she did finally get them all.:confused3 We have also done split stays (POP & CBR, POFQ & CSR, and WL & AKL) in the past and have always been able to get all of our ADRs at either 90 or 180 days (depending on which WDW is using at the time).:confused3

I believe that was some sort of internal policy shift in the dining department this year. People have been complaining about it since free dining adr's started for August arrival.

I'm not sure why, but I am unable to "retrieve my reservation". I type in the reservation number and telephone number and it advises me that my reservation cannot be retrieved, call WDW-Dine. When I look up the hotel reservation, I have no problem pulling it up. For some reason, however, the dining page will not retrieve it. :confused3 Very frustrating. . .I really wanted to use the website to book this a.m. and I was up early enough to do it.

After we booked via telephone, I am able to pull up the dining reservations without a problem--just can't use the system to book anything. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

I think you have to make sure you enter the telephone number your resort reservation was booked under and make sure you do not use caps when typing in your reservation number...when I finally enter my info as mentioned above it worked.

I made my ADR's online today with no problem! I love this system, it was so easy and I got everything I was hoping to get! They are-

9/26 dinner at Rose and Crown
9/27 dinner at Narcoossee's
9/30 dinner at Sci Fi
10/1 breakfast at Chef Mickey's,
and dinner at Tony's Town Square
10/2 dinner at Le Cellier! :woohoo:

I'm really happy with everything I got, for Wed. 9/30 it was either Sci Fi or Mama Melrose, and Mama Melrose was booked so I just went with Sci Fi, no big deal. And for Le Cellier, my time is 8:50, which is a little later than I wanted, but I really don't care, as long as I'm in, I'll take it!

I can't wait to go, the next 90 days better go by fast! :rotfl:

I believe that was some sort of internal policy shift in the dining department this year. People have been complaining about it since free dining adr's started for August arrival.

I am going to guess something has changed internally........for the sake of good measure, I called back to try book my ADR's for 9/28-10/4 since I will be staying at the WL 9/26-9/28, when she asked for my reservation number I told her I had 2 and before I could mention anything to the rep....since I was going to ask them for help with my 2 reservations numbers given the fact that I am going to be there for 9 days, etc....she was quick to say that she can only help me with the 9/26-9/28 dates under my 1st reservation number, that she would not be able to book the 9/28-10/4 dates under the 2nd reservation numbers....she was very quick to say this before I can even ask, it came off rather abrupt since she had no idea what I was going to say, request, or mention. So I asked if Ohana had anything available earlier than the 9:25 pm I already have planned and she checked and said no.

I will be at this again on 6/30 at 6 am, yeah!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the feedback, at least I can say I tried.
