First, trying to decide if Space 220 would be better fort lunch or dinner? Trying to decide if it's better for a mid day rest or at the end of a long day...I realize this is somewhat personal, but hoping someone who had to decide the same can share their experience....This is for november. Besides the other parks, for Epcot itself we will have one full day and one day where we are focusing on going around 5:30/6 for dinner and fireworks/Harmonious.

I KNOW I want Space 220on one of those days; undecided for what the other time going to Epcot's sit down should be. Any suggestions welcomed.

Second, what exactly is this +10 clause I have seen a couple of times. We are staying on site, doing a split stay actually. Can someone please explain. Thanks!

With lunch you only get an app and entree believe you can pay extra for dessert but with dinner you get the app, entree, and dessert. We did a dinner at 4:05 pm in November and loved it! The 60 + 10 they are referring to is if staying onsite you can make ADRs at 60 days before the trip for 10 days but it is different for a split stay. With that you can only make at 60 days for the days of the first resort stay plus change resorts day and then have to wait until 60 days of the second resort to make the rest.

We did lunch to save some $$. We loved it. I want to go after dark next time to see down to the earth in the dark, lol. Lit up. But hoping to book the lounge.

I would take a look at both menus and decide which one you prefer. Of the prix-fixe menus, I prefer the dinner menu, but, as PPs mentioned, that meal includes a dessert so costs more. After looking at the prix-fixe menus and deciding which meal you want, I would also recommend booking a Space 220 Lounge reservation (if available) as opposed to a regular Space 220 reservation. If you sit in the lounge area, you can order the prix-fixe meal or order a la carte from the lounge menu, so you have more variety. You also have a better view of the windows from the lounge area, IMHO.

we will be 4 adults and 1 child. Our daughter will be 12 at time of travel. can she sit in the lounge? I think I read kids can, but theme doesn't include kid items, can she still order them?

Yes, kids can sit in the lounge. Your daughter can order off of the lounge menu or the prix-fixe meal. Your 12-year old is considered a Disney adult in terms of dining, so, if she orders off the prix-fixe menu, she will be charged the adult price. I'm not sure if they will allow her to order off the kids' prix-fixe menu. Even if they do, I would expect to pay the adult prix-fixe price for her. Children's meals are for ages 3-9. If they charge the children's price, consider it pixie dust.

I believe all the tables in the 220 lounge are 4 tops, so you might have trouble booking it, but that would be my suggestion as well - book the lounge as it gives you the most flexibility.

We did 220 as a midday break one day (we sat at the bar) and that was great for us. Our evening, we did Biergarten at 7:20, then went around to Canada to watch Harmonious. That was a great night!

Good to know about the 4 tops, maybe someone will chime in if they’ve been successful booking 5
