Booking questions??

It's been a long time since I booked at the disney resorts through WDW. We are DVC members and we've been using points for our stays. I want to call tomorrow to book one of the moderates for some extra days in May that we don't have enough points for. What number do I call tomorrow? How much deposit am I going to have to pay? and when will the rest be due? Are ressies refundable if something comes up, and we decide to stay somewhere else? Thanks for helping me out.

Just tell them which resort you want to stay at and they'll set you up

We booked POR-R for the weekend after our OKW stay to save on points and they need 1 nights deposit and the rest is due upon check-in. Ressies are refundable as long as you cancel within 5 days prior to your arrival date.

You can call 1-407-W-DISNEY. There are a couple of toll free numbers that you can use but I don't have them with me.
You must pay one night's deposit immediately and the rest is due 30 days before your check in date. You can cancel and get your money back if you are at least 6 days out.
Someone please correct me if anything is wrong.
Please note that these rules appy to CRO and not WDW Travel.

You can call 1-800-828-0228 and that will get you to the CRO. Just be sure to tell them that you want a room only reservation, if that is what you want. I think the CM at this number tend to push packages, or atleast that's what I think I read somewhere. Have a great time, I'll be there in May too! I can't wait, it's the only place that I feel like I'm truly "home".
