Booking prices

Hi,

I've spent the last few months looking on both disney and virgin for prices for May 2012 - both Port Orleans French Quarter & Saratoga Springs (not sure which yet).

Prices for both have been been going up on down on a (sometimes) daily basis - a package today being nearly £300 more than a month ago. Is this normal? Is there any reason to the prices changing - and will they carry on going up?

I'm just not sure if to book a package now or wait until flights come out and do DIY? ... I'm just concerned that if prices continue to rise, i would of been better off just booking a package!

Any tips / advice would be great.

Thanks, Sarah

Sometimes the prices can increase daily, because of tracking cookies. So you need to clear these on your PC, before you search.

Also prices fluctuate because of supply and demand, and VH have been known to increase prices, then a few days later have a "sale", with prices being no cheaper than they were originally. Not that VH ever are cheap. Basically if you see a price you think is fair, then book it.

One tip for those with children. When first choice were on sale last June/July time, they were offering free child prices for Pop. So you may want to wait until then to see if they have the offer again.

Good luck searching.

Do you mean flight included with free child place? Just that disny dont charge for children anyway its per room

also with virgin holidays they change prices due to the flights, if they have run out of their quota of seats then they increase the prices inline with the airlines flight increases
