I have looked at various threads and sites and am confused as to what the rules for booking ADRs when staying onsite are. Even on the same thread two different interpretations are given. Is it either that 180 days from the date of your first nights stay you can book all nights ADRs or 180days + the lengths of stay before your first night you can book.

Also does this apply to special meals ie the CRT breakfast if so you can get the drop on people not staying onsite surely.

180 days before your arrival, you can make reservations for your whole stay.

Yes, it includes CRT.

If you arrive on, say August 5, then you may call DD 180 days before that day, and then you may book your seatings for the following 10 days at WDW....Aug, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, etc. No need to call back each day any more.

If you are staying on-site, and have your resort reservation#, they will book your ADRs at your 180 day mark for your arrival date, and up to 10 additional days of your stay. As far as I know, if you are staying beyond 10 days, you may have to call back to secure ADRs for your 11th , 12th days etc...
