Booked Through Costco - FP+ and MDE Issues

Has anyone booked through Costco for the Swan and Dolphin?

I was able to add our park tickets to MDE, but it doesn't recognize the resort stay, at all. So, I can't book my FPs today - my 60th day.

Costco has been no help, and WDW can't find the reservation since it's a different type of reservation number.

Help, please!

Is it through a travel company? if it is you might give them a call. Number is 877-849-2730.

Have you tried calling Swan or Dolphin? They hold your reservation - they can also give you your confirmation number.
