Just wanted to share some of my excitement... Me and DF are getting married next April (2007) and I have been driving him buggy with trying to find the "perfect place".. I have looked at chapels till Im blue in the face.. Ive thought of doing a destination wedding but we decided we want family there and are afraid everyone cant afford to go.. then we decided to do something close to home, then I changed my mind again and thought about a cruise port wedding in Galveston, but it came back to people not being able to afford to drive there or not wanting to drive there just to go on the cruiseship for the wedding and then have to leave and drive home 5 or 6 hours.. so it came back to doing one around here and we found this place..
Its a chapel in the Fort Worth Stockyards.. I walked in the chapel and reception area and knew instantly that this was "the perfect place" for us.. We put the deposit down.. which is a big step.. but now I can finally start getting all the smaller details down..
