Boo to YOU!! A halloween adventure!**1/7 X 2!!! DHS & MK!!**

I always feel so sorry for parents whose child starts to screm during a flight! There isn't much you can do and you know that everyone around you is annoyed. I try to smile at them if I have a chance to make eye contact. :goodvibes

Oh dear. :flower3: I hope your fellow passengers were kind. I too try to smile if I make eye contact. Luckily my little guy has slept like clockwork on all of our flights.

Ugh! That sounds like a tough flight. I don't envy you traveling with a 2 year old. My brother and SIL are flying from CA to FL next year to meet us in Disney and my nephew will be 2 1/2 then. I think they are going to take a red eye. Maybe that will help...:confused3

Hopefully when you touched down it got a little more magical.

I really didnt expect him to be that bad! He's fiesty like I said but not normally bad. It was a definitely interesting!

Oh no about the flight! That must have been really trying. I've been on a lot of flights when the parents get that panicked look in their eyes that nothing is working. I always feel so bad, wishing I could help!

Trying is good word!! I assure you I had the panicked look, maybe even a deer in the headlights look!

His screaming wasn't a crying screaming it was just a scream! I felt really bad and could feel that everyone around us was looking at us!!

I really felt terrible when he started to scream! Luckily it was the end of the flight! I also figure that there's not much more you can expect on a flight to or from Orlando! :lmao:

We had a group of older gentlemen sitting behind us who were on their way to a golfing event being held at the course across from Poly and GF. They were so nice and sweet, they even offered to buy me a drink cause they figured I needed it!! :lmao:

Oh you poor thing! There is nothing worse as a parent. I always feel so badly when that happens to someone on a flight, we've all been there!

You had to just be wrung out once you got there. I hope the day gets better!

So pleased your DD was well enough to travel and I bet you were glad when your flight was over :rotfl:

Loving your trip report! I Love that 2 yo scream, both of my boys were very good at that in the most inconvienent places, especially planes. Can't wait to read more.

:rotfl2: That is precisely why I did not let my kids board a plan until they were 6 and 8. LOL. I was terrified that flying with them would turn into a disaster. Poor little guy - I hope he stopped screaming really quickly and your fellow passengers were not too annoyed!

Awww poor you! Sorry that Ryan decided to scream  He's usually (from what it seems) so well behaved too! Typical 2 year old though LOL

I remember hearing how hot it was down there while you were there. Can't wait to hear how you guys dealt with it!

:lmao: I felt so bad when he started to scream! Like I said in my last set of replies, it wasn't a crying scream it was just screaming. MAn that kid can scream like nobodies business!! YIKES!

Thanks she go better really quickly!

I was definitely extremely happy when that flight was over!! :lmao: I tihnk Ryan was too!

Thanks for joining in!! I love making new Dis friends!!

Ryan has always been so good on planes! This time it just got to be to much for both of us and probably DD too who was sitting with us! UGH!

:lmao: The older 2 where 5 and almost 4 when they first flew and they were great! Aside from the fact that we discovered that DS6 gets motion sick

I've always been worried abot Ryan but he never had problem!

We shall have to see how long he screamed ;) ...

Like I said before, I don't think there's much else you can expect on a flight to or from Orlando then a screaming kid or 2! Nobody seemed to annoyed and I don't think I got any dirty looks, but then again, I was trying to not make eye contact with anyone :lmao:

He is sooooo well behaved usually! But that plane ride just wasn't working for him! He was definitely doing the typical 2 year old thing! :lmao:

It was very warm!!!! I'll fill you in soon ;)

Thank for joining in!! More to come soon!

Awwww...I'm sorry the flight wasn't as smooth as it could have been!!!! I really hate how others always complain about a baby crying, its not like the parents sat there and said please make our child scream and annoy everyone. Things just happen!!

However the best part of this update...you have landed and are in Orlando WOOT!! That is fantastic!! Can't wait to hear more!

Eeekkk...You had a bit of an adventurous beginning...

(Doesn't it feel like everyone is getting sick or getting better from being sick right now? I don't remember seeing anything quite like it?)

Poor baby on the plane...:confused3...I feel like screaming on the plane too sometimes...I'm just an adult and would probably be chucked off...

I think the ear pressure bothers them too and the lack of being able to go anywhere...:confused3

Looking forward to your arrival...:cool1:
:surfweb:

I'm with Ryan, I hate flying! Sorry he had so much trouble on the flight but I'm glad your daughter was feeling well enough to travel. I hope she continued to improve as your trip went on!

There's really not much you can do about it when a little cries on a plane, expect do everything in your parenting arsenal to amke then stop and sometimes that doesn't even work!

I'm in, in, in...

now I just have to go read....:surfweb:

:cool1::woohoo: It wouldn't be nearly as much fun without you!!

I'm joining in!

 Yippeee for a new reader!!! Thanks for joining in!

Adventurous is a good word for it!!

I totally agree with everyone being sick right now! It's crazy!!

I think with Ryan it was more the not being able to go anywhere thing but who knows!

Subbing in and going back to read...

Ryan was just not happy with the 2 1/2 hours of restriction! I'm pretty sure the first thing that annoyed him was that he could have the laptop to watch a DVD right away. You can't explain waiting until we're at 10,000 ft and the pilot saying it's ok to a 2 year old!

DD got so much better really quickly!!

******* New update coming later tonight! *******

But first, dinner...

But first, dinner...

We've been on the having a screamer side and the listening to a screamer side. It's just the chance you take when you get on a plane. It's not pleasant on either side, but people who get upset about it should have known going in that it's just a fact of flying.

What's for dinner? :)

i'm here, i'm here! i'm so sorry Ryan had a tough flight - i've often felt like screaming, too! But yay! You landed safely and your vacation is really about to begin!

:thumbsup2 Your so right!! You really have to expect it from time to time on a plane and there really isn't anything anyone can do about it when it happens, aside from praying it will be over soon :lmao:

Dinner was interesting! I had errands to run after I picked the kiddos up from school and one of the stops was at BJ's (wholesale club) I let the kids pick!

We ended up with frozen pizza for the kiddos, shocking I know. I got DH and these calzone things. Normally I would have made something else for DH and I but DH has a softball game tonight and we had to get everything together quickly after my errands.

It wasn't half bad but not anything spectacular!

:cool1::cool1: Yippee!! Thanks for joining! :lmao: I knida felt like screaming too! That may have actually helped because Ryan would have probably laughed!
