Bombshell Obama Pastor Video

President Bush HAS associated with ministers that are just as political and inflammatory as Rev Wright-only their targets are homosexuals, Muslims and basically anyone else who doesn't agree with them. The Republican party has been in bed with and using these ministers since Nixon. Anyone remember Billy Graham's comments about Jews in the Nixon tapes?

If this incident does nothing else, I hope that it wakes ALL of America up about the blurring of the line between church and state and how damaging it is to both sides.

Get the politics out of the church and get the church out of the politics.

Rev Wright is wrong, Rev Hagee is wrong, Rev Robertson is wrong, Rev Falwell was wrong, Rev Parsley is wrong, Rev Dobson is wrong...ALL of them are wrong and should have their tax exempt status stripped from them.

Amen to that!

Yes, they would. Anything to bring him down. Now go back to shrieking "kool-aide" at the top of your lungs.

You know they would, if they had just met two times before, the Republicans would be salivating at the chance to bring him down. Let's at least be real here.

Wrong, Republicans actually favored Obama over Hilary, though I am not so sure if that is the case anymore.

Well I will leave you to your unabashed adoration of Obama, if he is such a wonderful guy and he appears to be winning the nomination, then I am glad you are all happy.

Just be prepared for another Republican in office.

Hillary or Obama, it will all come down to the economy.

I am scared!!!!!:scared1: :scared1: :scared1:

Obama did not just "associate" with Wright, if it was a casual acquaintance no one would care so much.

To those who were already against him and his supporters it wouldn't have mattered if they'd simply ridden the train together one morning. Any association would have been enough.

For those who care deeply where their Commander in Chief attends church, or if they attend church over and above their voting record and stance on issues-then this is a legitimate reason not to vote for him.

Why should he disassociate himself? He was the father he never had. He didn't agree with everything Wright said, but he could see the groundwork from where it came from. Like he would not disassociate himself from his Grandmother who made racial remarks he will not disassociate from the man who has been as close to a father as he has ever had.

I'm not worried. I don't see Republicans remotely enthusiastic about their selection. That bodes well on election day.
Look at DIS....lots of negativity from Reps, very little good to say about their carefully chosen candidate. In fact, so little that many spend hours pondering the speeches of Obama. :goodvibes

I've noticed the same thing...but I also know the republican voters pretty well and they will come out to vote against someone they don't like, even if they're not that hot on their own guy.

Yep, and they are also salivating at the thought of tearing into Hillary. They've been waiting for 8 years for her to run so they could bash her.

Absolutely, and it's a shame that Obama's speech did not address those issues at all. There was no condemnation of the fact that minister was politcally ranting, only that they were racially divisive.
