Let me start by saying we love  Boma. We have enjoyed both dinner and breakfast there. The soups and zebra domes are enough to get me back to Boma, however I am thinking that maybe we should try something new. Do you think we should give Tusker House a try or do you think we should stick with a tried and true?

Thanks for your input! :daisy:

I'm always up for trying new things, but we also return to our favorite restaurants in WDW. If at all possible I would go to both, perhaps Boma for breakfast and Tusker House for dinner? Anyway, we skipped one of our favorites (WCC) in July, and replaced it with Kona. Now Kona is our new favorite restaurant and WCC is #2. Have a good time where ever you choose to eat. :)

I'd like to know this also - wondering how similar the food is. I'd rather eat at TH as part of our day at the AK. Do they have the zebra domes?

I'd give Tusker House a shot. We're going to try it in April. We usually eat at Boma each trip, but I want to try something new.

Boma in my opinion has gone down a lot in food quality from a few years ago when it built it's strong reputation.

Disney tends to keep a tighter ship when a place is new, so I'm betting on Tusker House for the better food of these two locations.

Reviews from the last month of the new Tusker House buffet are very positive.

Didn't see zebra domes on the Tusker House menu. They do have a banana bread pudding that sounds great though!
