We stayed at AKL in June and ate breakfast here a number of times (very convenient).
They had:
- pastries, including different muffins, but they did not have sticky buns
- french toast made with a panetone-type bread (with raisins, dried fruit)
- regular pancakes
- waffles
- fresh fruit station, with yogurt (regular yogurt, as far as I could tell)
- regular breads (I had read whole grain breads, but nothing really stood out to me as being really whole grain and homemade)
- different egg dishes, including scrambled eggs with chives
- made-to-order omelette station (very good, I asked for a "little" omelette with a little bit of everything, and the guy delivered, and yes, he poked fun at my request in a good-natured way)
- bobtie (an egg and beef dish - very good)
- regular sausage, regular bacon
- potatoes
- quinoa (boring, I like quinoa, but this was done like oatmeal in water)
- oatmeal, raisins, brown sugar
- carving station (ham and turkey) with a mustard sauce and a sundried tomato sauce - very good for breakfast
- a station with some African dishes - they had a tomato stew ("chakalaka") and roasted tomatoes
- regular Disney coffee (disappointing). They had pressed coffee for $8 over the cost of the buffet
As far as I could tell, they did not have desserts or zebra domes.
