Boma:Breakfast or Dinner? Which is better?

We had an 11:20 ADR for breakfast at Chef Mickey's, it ends at 11:30. We were not rushed and there was fresh hot food being served for our enjoyment. I would think you'd find a similar level of service at Boma.

My husband loves Boma, it's his favorite place to eat at Disney. However, we've only eaten there for dinner and decided to try Boma for a late breakfast on our last day.
