Boma breakfast is great!!!

You guys did not go wrong with this breakfast. This was the best breakfast I have had. The goat cheese and chive eggs were fantastic!!! Waffles and pancakes were fresh. I can wait to go again

AWESOME to hear as I just booked a ADR for BF as well as already having a Dinner ADR. I kept hearing about Boma and the BK reviews are all positive!

The goat cheese and chive eggs were seasoned well. Everything had good seasons. You could see the chefs in the back cooking the breakfast for the line. They don't carry it from the back to the line they are right behind the line. I had fresh waffles and hot of the griddle pancakes. It was just good.

I booked this ADR going by the menu on AllEars and it said nothing about goat cheese and chive eggs!

Not to say y'all have something wrong with you because you like this type of food (), but DH and DD, and I must admit, myself in this case, do not eat exotic foods like that!!

Please tell me they also have normal American foods for breakfast!!

If not, I need to make a FAST Adr change!!

Normal american foods for breakfast, yes. It is buffet styles. Scrambled eggs, bagels, french toast, muffins, waffles, pancakes, the most moist corn and banana bread you have EVER had, fresh fruit, etc. If I could eat there for b-fast every single day I would.

Glad to hear the good reviews. I've never eaten at Boma, so I booked it for our trip next month. Since we are staying at AKL, I booked breakfast and dinner. Can't wait...

Boma is one of the best breakfast...great selection of food, yummy juice and awesome coffee...too bad we will not make it to our December trip b/c my son wants alot of character breakfast so we will go to Tusker House

Here's the menu from allears as of May 09:

Your Choice of Orange Juice or West African Frunch (a combination of lemonade, pineapple juice, guava juice, orange juice, and papaya juice).

Pastries - muffins, breads, almond bear claw, scones, assortment of cream cheeses including sundried tomato, bagels, Danish, and zebra bread

Seasonal Fresh Fruits - cantaloupe, honeydew, mango, papaya, grapes, strawberries, and pineapple.

Dried Fruits including mango, papaya, coconut

Cereals - granola, rice crispies, fruit loops, and raisin bran

Pancakes and Waffles

Omelets made to order with a selection of ingredients.

Sausage and Biscuit Skillet

Bacon and Sausage and Ham

Potatoes with red and green pepper and paprika

Scrambled Eggs

Brioche (like French toast, yummmy! with raisins)

Pap (white corn meal), oatmeal, quinoa porridge; toppings included fruits, brown sugar and cinnamon

Bobotie - corn beef, eggs, cream, potato and onion

We were there in January and ate at Boma several times. I never saw any goat cheese & chive eggs. Maybe it's a new thing? They did have delicious made to order omelets, and these fantastic grilled/roasted tomatoes. I now crave those tomatoes every morning....

We absolutely LOVED Boma breakfast!! I don't think we would have ever gone there if DISers didn't give such rave reviews. It will now be a staple on every trip to come. I'm drooling just thinking about it

Boma is definitely the best breakfast buffet at Disney, maybe anywhere. Can't wait to go again!
