I just saw online that you can put eggs in the shell, in the oven, at 325 degrees for 30 minutes, take them out and put them in a bowl of ice water and then they practically slide out of the shell. Has anyone on here done that before? I would have thought that the eggs would blow up in the oven. I’m afraid to try it. I don’t want to have to clean the oven. If it does work, why doesn’t it blow up in the oven? Are they good cooked that way? Do they have the same consistency as regular boiled eggs?
