Bog qs plan options lunch

Not new to the QS plan, but new to BOG.
Is every lunch entree available on the QS plan?
It would seem to me that this is an exceptional way to burn QS meal credits on our last day. We have FP+ for noon, and want to know if I can really order any entree off the lunch menu, with a drink and dessert from there and use the last of our QS credits.

Yes, every lunch entree is available.

Yes, you get a drink and dessert also. The only exception is the children's meals, which include applesauce as a dessert, so it would be extra for them to pick a cupcake.

I had the braised pork last Fall; it was the best meal of the trip, more like a TS meal than CS. Good value for a CS credit I felt.
