BOG Pre-Ordering w/ Substitutions

So I'm trying to pre-order my lunch at BOG and was wondering how the recent changes to the DDP (regular) have affected pre-ordering your meal at BOG. Say I want to substitute my drink for soup - do I just select the soup instead of a drink? Can it be that simple?
