BOG new test lunch res online?

I was able to make a FP under DH's name and our RO reservation for 9/3. We are not part of the MB test because we check in on 9/1. Since it did take it and it shows we have a time are we good to go?

OK, thanks. I had done it several weeks ago and then read that if you were not officially invited then it would not work so I kind of forgot about it. I just printed the confirmation page to take with us.

Totally separate from test. Others have reported all good and had no problem...
 

I keep trying to book this for our MK day 9/28, but it tells me no FP availability on this day. Was anyone else able to book it for 9/28?
 
I really wish I could get this and just don't understand why I can't! I check into POFQ in less than a week. I booked a full package direct with Disney. I have my DME tags with the numbers on them.

I've tried absolutely everything and just keep getting "Guest is already registered." But I haven't! Tried multiple names, emails, deleted cookies, both numbers on the tags. Nothing.

Has this happened to anyone else? Or is just me that Disney has something against????? :lmao::lmao:

Mine gave me that initial error even though I was actually invited. Have you tried calling IT like many of us have suggested? If not try that first. If they can't help mention it at check in. They may just tell you sorry it was a test for those emailed or someone may sprinkle pixie dust and help you out it just all depends on where you are staying.
 
Can you change your menu choice, if you already preordered your food? Could I substitute beans for fries? Thanks.

I am going to say yes, when we checked in we were asked if we had pre-ordered and if we wanted to make any changes. If we had no changes, we went right in, if we wanted to make any changes we were then told we had to stand on the line to place an order.f

Edited to add that we did not stand on the end of the line that went out the door and were waiting to actually get in but the line that was started for those with fp+ and hand not ordered yet.

Tried IT--no help whatsoever. I am going to try at check-in, but otherwise guess we're relegated to the end of the line!!!!

I heard they go by last name and if you are able to go back to your ressie and able to change stuff(you don't have to) that means you are in the system
 
I have been following this thread and feeling everyone's frustration who could not solve the reservation number issue as I could not either. Tonight I had a stroke of inspiration I thought I would pass along as it may help others. In my experience, the web page would not take a reservation number with letters in it, which our package reservation has (I have no idea how common that format is) and when I omitted the letters I always got error messages. We are staying club level and tonight I remembered that one email I received from the IPO staff had a completely numeric reservation number in the subject line. Lo and behold, when I put that number into the login screen it let me thru and I was able to make a lunch reservation. So if you have a reservation number with letters, I'd try to contact Disney to see if there is an alternate all numeric number that you can try.

This is true. We did ours today. We walked up to the little kiosk at the end f the bridge, gave our names, and they told us where to go. I highly recommend pre-ordering your meal. We pre-ordered at about 10:30 this morning for a 12:30 FP+. It was really, really slick!

Ah, genius! I was thinking I can't pick now, but day of, if course! Never even occurred to me!
