BOG new test lunch res online?

I just made a reservation for lunch using this link! Very interesting indeed!!!

I made a reservation about a month ago using the link in the OP here. When I went in last week to check on it, I got this message - "Thank you for participating. Please try again later. If you continue to encounter this message, you can seek further assistance at the Lobby Concierge desk at your Walt Disney World resort or upon arrival at the Be Our Guest restaurant."

I took a photo of the screen when I made my ressie but am wondering if anyone else who booked a FP ressie using this link is also getting this error message now.

I got this message a couple days ago. It was back to normal again yesterday.

I also made ressies using this link. I went back today to "view" it and it was still there so I printed a copy. (We did not choose our meals.)

Just want to make sure - where do we go to check-in?

Proceed to the FastPass+ entrance at Be Our Guest during your confirmed arrival window.

We used ours last week. I didn't have a confirmation number but I went to the building on the left before the bridge and said I have a walk up time between 11:30 and 11:45. They asked my name and found me on a list. The woman said to go up to the front and they would take care of me. We had a brief wait for a register and we were in. The stand by line was across the bridge and turned down the walkway -- I would say at least 1 1/2 hour wait.

Used ours on the 20th, no problems at all. I had printed out the screen shots but did not need it, just gave our names and they looked us up and we were sent in; we had pre-ordered our meals, the braised pork was really good.

Can anyone tell me how large the portions are? My daughters are not big eaters and I'm not sure everyone needs to order an entree,

pork was a big serving as were the sandwiches. I ordered macaroni with no sauce and just cheese for the kids and the portion was not very big; they did get a veggie with it

I had the braised pork last week which was a pretty decent size. My wife had the roast beef sandwich. It was pretty big. We could have easily each had soup and split the sandwich. The desserts are on the smaller side, but by the time we reached dessert that was just fine by us.

I'm hoping to get a lunch res. for 12/24. When I go on the site to check, it only lists me on my travel party. There are actually 7 of us, and when I did our fast passes everyone showed up. I went to modify travel party and all it lets me do is change my own name. Is there anyplace to add more people?

We went on our FP+ time and they couldn't find our name. But we brought our printout and they let us through.
Just letting you know that they open at 10:30. So if your FP+ time is before opening time don't bother going early. You'll have to stand in line for a long while until they open anyway.
Although getting to pick of the place to sit down in all empty rooms is pretty neat.

When is your trip?

I was booking for mid November.

I tried that link it on a day we haven't planned yet (2nd week in Dec). The link just takes you to the regular list of FP+ attractions/shows. BOG isn't listed under Magic Kingdom. I agree that later they'll add BOG to that list, but for now you have to use this link to book: https://beourguestlunch.disney.go.com/

The link was definitely live... I had choices of times and it knew I had 3 fast passes (since I was clicking through the MDE link.) Since I have a non-linked reservation I did not make any changes.

Not sure what happened - But if you are looking for dinner reservations for Be Our Guest - looks like they have opened up a lot of them.

Check your dates......may have been what they have been updating that has been causing the issues online.

Just wanted to give everyone the info!!

It keeps telling me that there are no FPs available and I should choose a different day. Could they be gone already for the first week of Dec?

No. I'm looking for the first week of December as well... no luck. I'll keep trying though!

We had FP+ on Sun, Oct 20 but our party of 6 was split into 4 and 2 on separate FP. My son and his wife had gotten lost getting from I4 to our resort and were running late. We had actually finished our lunch by the time they got to BOG, but the CMs let them in anyway-25 min past their assigned time. We were so glad because the lines were so incredible that we would never have gotten to eat there without the FP+.

At this time there are still NO BOG FP+ for Dec. Nobody knows if they will extended this or not.

Note that at least for xmas time, FP+ are not available for illuminations or wishes either - they may add them later or not.
