BOG fastpass lately

Has anyone tried to get a BOG fastpass lately? I've heard that they've concluded their testing phaze and have cut way down on availability. Is that true?

It opens up 27 days from the day you want to eat there, not check in date. Also it is only available for resort guests.

This thread will tell you what you need to know about getting a reservation. According to this it does look like availability has decreased. I was able to get a FP for BOG on January 7th which was 27 days from when we want to eat there on February 3rd. I went on at 7 am and there were plenty of times available. It looks like they concluded the test just a few days later.

Your window "opens" 27 days before the day you want to eat there, but I think most people don't get their email invitation until 24 or 25 days. That was true for me. You don't need your invite to reserve at the 27 day window. Locate the dedicated thread in dining for instructions.

I got my email 2 days ago at 23 days from arrival date and it came very late in the day. I went on immediately and the only date with openings was for the final day of our stay. I booked a time and I was able to change the time but as of today the only option is the one I already have booked. I am now at 21 days from arrival.

We were able to get one for our upcoming trip. We will do lunch and dinner there.

The BOG fastpass thread says you will be offered a day starting with your reservation. So, does that mean I can't do it the day before I check in? I guess that makes sense. Also, if I reserve for me and another person in my room, but then it ends up being me and a person in another room (we have three rooms in our group) does that matter?

you want to try 27 days from the day you want to eat there so no you can't do it for a date before check in.

Have the other rooms in your group set up their own BOG FP+ using their e-mail address and room ressie # and you can all eat at BOG for lunch

I am waiting until tomorrow to make our lunch FP - we'll be 27 days out from our MK day then. So grateful for these boards - it was driving me batty and our travel agent isn't aware of the changes to the system.

Was able to book for 27 days ahead of the day I wanted. I have not yet received an email about it. I would not recommend waiting for the email.

We went during marathon weekend and received a FP email a few weeks before leaving. Worked like a charm. If you get one, I would definitely try to order your good prior to leaving as it would save a good amount of time.

I was able to get a fp 27 days out from next Monday, 2/2. I did it early in the morning and had several times to choose from.

I was able to book a slot for 2/17 at exactly 27 days. I didn't try changing the time, because the slot they offered me was exactly what I wanted.

I can't remember exactly how many days out we received our e-mail but that evening we attempted to make reservations. Every day of our trip came up as no availability. We are going February 1-6.

Yeah, it sounds like if you wait for the e-mail invitation you may be out of luck, but if you hit it at 27 days you're probably fine.

Also, you won't receive any e-mail confirmation when you book. The confirmation isn't on MDE either that I can fine. I'd suggest taking a screen shot of the reservation confirmation page that pops up right after you book.

I ate there 3 times during my November trip (15-22). I was able to change the times of my reservation each day as well, so I think the availability is still there unless things have changed since then.

They are actually limiting their walk-ins saying that the restaurant is at capacity for lunch, yet you can get a FP through the link online. We did it several times right there in the park after being turned away.
