BOG fast pass question

I have gone on the website to try and get a lunch fast pass and it is not accepting my 12 digit reservation number. Is that something that I have to call guest services for or are they going to say that they can't help me since it us still in the testing phase and I didn't receive an invite?

I received an email with a code different from my reside number. That's what you'll use.

The number you need to enter will start with 43 or 44. If you have the yellow Magical Express luggage tags the number is at the top. The FP opens up 27 days before the day you want. I made my BOG FP yesterday for Dec. 23. Good Luck!
