BOG 8:10 Reservation on 8:00 Park Open?

We are coming in tomorrow and I was able to get an 8:10 reservation for BOG breakfast. Will this allow us to enter the park early?

Do you think there's any chance 7DMT would be up & running so we could ride before eating?

We only have 1 day at MK & this would be nice...

If you only have one day at MK, I'd cancel that breakfast. Even if you could get 7DMT in (and that's very doubtful), you'd still be spending the BEST hour of touring sitting in BoG eating. Don't do it!

I do not think they are going to let you in early - normally the welcome show starts and ends before "opening time" so you'll have plenty of time to get to your reservation. I would cancel it

No, they do not let you in early. If your ADR is at or after opening, you must wait for the park to open. They usually open 5-15 minutes early, anyway.

Can you change your time to later? If not, you might want to consider cancelling.

We were too! We camped on Ocracoke at the National Park Campground the end of May... We just missed TS Bonnie & now we're running into TS Colin! We're not having much luck!

Warn us next time you plan a trip so that we know to expect some rough weather
