Boats for DS OKW Epcot

We are staying at OKW. Can we take a boat to DS for morning BBB appointment 10am? What time do boats start running?

Then take boat from DS to Epcot after BBB to spend day at Epcot? If yes, where does boat drop us off at Epcot?

Then at night, take boat from Epcot to DS and DS to OKW. Or would a bus direct from Epcot to OKW be faster at night?

Disney springs and Epcot are on completely different bodies of water, so there isn't a boat.

Also, there aren't buses between the theme parks and disney springs, so you need to transfer at a resort. The Boardwalk Inn or the Beach Club would be my choice.

And, yes, taking the bus from Epcot directly to OKW is the fastest way.

No, the first boat leaves OKW at 10. I believe buses start at 8:30, or 8am when TL opens at 9. Your bus may stop at TL on the way to DS, so be sure to allow at least an hour travel time.

Also, just an additional caveat: DS buses coming into OKW start out with "Internal Resort Shuttle" on their marquee. It's supposed to change to DS when the bus leaves Hospitality House, but sometimes it doesn't. So if you see a bus in OKW with "Internal Resort Shuttle" on the marquee, anywhere other than Hospitality House, it's actually going to DS.
