Boat from OKW to Disney Springs-ECV accessible?

We're here at OKW now and DH wants to take the boat that goes from the Hospitality House to Disney Springs. However, I use an ECV and we can't figure out how/if ECVs can even get down to the boat, then can they go on the boat? Anyone here know?

Yes... follow the signs. Facing the water go to the left...... ask if you do not see the signs with an arrow showing the way!

The ramp is there, and there is a boarding plank that the boatsman uses to get you from dock to boat. Simple and works well.
