Boardwalk! Total surprise booking!

With the 4/3 deal right now, we booked Boardwalk later Feb. I thought we would get a Value resort or moderate but the prices for 5 at BW were so good.

With passes and Dining plan it is $5000 US taxes included for 5 people. I am really happy! (This is a better price than an all inclusive 4* plus in Mexico!)

Have you stayed there and what wisdom can you share with us? For another $1200 we could have concierge (bigger room too) but do we really need that?

We stay concierge when we stay at Boardwalk and we are now addicted.
I would say that if you are going to be at the hotel for breakfast and then in the evenings go for it, if not it may not be worth it as you will not there for many of the offerings.

Hi Clarigirl! It is another $1200 to stay concierge and it just isn't worth it for us. I am ordering a huge amount of snacks, drinks, fruit from greengrocer to be delivered. $12 charge or $200 or more free delivery. Makes sense and then the boys can snack or take to parks. We have disney dining plan.

We can always upgrade once there if they offer it for less. Thanks for the info!

just remember that BW does not have any inside eating places - you must go out on the BW or to Epcot or BC/yC or even D&S.

one of my complaints about BW.

which side are you on - BWI or BWV? - they are different.

Hi Spicey! We are BWI. This is beyond my dream to stay here and only with the 4/3 is it possible. At this point we are really watching the extra dollars.

I would love concierge but quite a bit more for us. We can walk to Epcot easily I hear.
