Boardwalk - Specific Question (BBQ Grill)

Hi all. I'm hoping that you can answer a specific question.
We've used the grill by the Community Hall dozens of times in the past. When there in August, the grill was covered up. So I'm guessing it was off limits - maybe due to Covid.
Does anyone know if the charcoal grill is available to use? We have a family reunion there Christmas week (please don't roll your eyes, it's the only time everyone can get there with the kids). We're hoping to use the grill several times as well as the room. We've decided to limit restaurant dining with the new upsurge in Omicron Covid.
If anyone knows, I'd appreciate the feedback. I've searched online and can't get a straight answer.

We were at the Boardwalk for the 50th. This is what it looked like then.

Just returned from a stay in early December. We saw a large family group enjoying the picnic table area pictured above. They were grilling and whatever it was smelled very good.
