Hey, I just noticed that the DVC website indicates there are 2 layouts for the BWV GV: A one-level version that's depicted on in the floor plan drawings, and a two-level version.

Does anyone have info about the 2-level? Is it set-up like OKW and HH with the master br on the first floor and secondary brs upstairs? Or, is it like VB in that all bedrooms are on the same floor, but the living areas are upstairs?

Also, how many of each version are there? Thanks for info.

I don't know.

I am guessing from what I have read here before and vaguely remember, there are only two one floor GVs over there, the rest are two story.

I believe the two stories are set up like OKW. The master downstairs and the rest up.

I remember reading this stuff a while back, but wouldn't be surrised if someone who knows better corrects me.

There are 7 GV's at BWV's. Don't know the breakdown of them though. FYI also there are "27" GV's at OKW. "6" Beach Cottages at VB......and "5" GV's at HH.

The 2 story GV's at BWV have the same configuration as at OKW and HH. I believe there are 2 of the single floor GV's and 5 of the 2 story type at BWV.

We were lucky enough to get one as an upgrade last Nov since we were only staying 1 night & there was a problem with our 2 bedroom at BCV. The 2 story is laid out like OKW with the master on the 1st floor, but it is not nearly as large as OKW. The master is the same size as in 1 BR and the dining room and living room each are the same size apx as the master. The floors are wood floors rather than carpet which add to the noise and the 2 upstairs bedrooms are the size of regular BWV studios. The first bedroom has a french door & small balcony overlooking the stairs & living room. The laundry is the stackable type at the end of the hall upstairs hall in a closet by the 2nd bedroom. It had a great boardwalk view and a double door entry. We were quite impressed.

We stayed in a 2 BR GV that was a 2 story. We had requested a 1 floor because our twins were only 3 and we didn't want to deal with the stairs. It worked out fine and we really loved it! The kids enjoyed watching the fireworks and the boardwalk performers from the balcony every night!
