Boarding Passes for Flight Home?

We are flying Southwest. Our family of 5 is on three different confirmation numbers. When I just checked us in for our flight down I opened three different tabs, 1 for each confirmation number. We all got As, very close together. We will not have computer access of our own. I know that the resort desks and park guest services will check us in. Can I ask the CM to do it like I did with the three different tabs or is that asking for too much? Do any hotels have computers we could access. We will be at OKW. I would really like to get our passes as close together again.

If you have someone reliable at home to do it for you that might be best, but at the hotels it might just depend on the cast member you get. If they are more accomodating they will do that for you, if not, they will do it as they normally would. Sorry, not sure about computers for your use, we haven't done that there.

If you have mobile e-mail on your cell phone you can do it that way also.

Go to Southwest's website and search the site for check-in procedures. You can find the e-mail address to do it from your phone.

At all the moderate and deluxe resorts, they have a concierge desk that will print them out for you. I have seen many people do it often at POR.

I had my last one done at City Hall at MK. I was about an hour and 20 minutes past the 24 hour mark, got B31.

I think it would be difficult to get it done at exactly 24 hours while you are at WDW, so the 3 tabs may not make a difference.

Do you have someone at home that can do it for you? All they have to do is key in the info - you can get the actual passes at the airport when you check your luggage.

If you don't mind paying for internet use and a printing fee there are business centers located in the convention centers at the Contemporary, Grand Floridian, Boardwalk, Yacht Club and Coronado Springs. So you would be able to do it yourself, however since it's first come first serve others might already be using the computers and you would need to wait. Also when it comes to the business center at the Contemporary it's open from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM and I am not sure of the hours for the other locations, so that's something else to remember.

Whenever I've had the front desk do SW check-in for me (or my late DH), if there were different confirmation numbers, the CM did them one after the other. They might have changed that in the last couple of years, though. Why not ask when you check into the resort? :goodvibes

Last August my family had 4 different confirmations. I went to the concierge desk at my hotel (SSR) to check in a little bit before the 24 hour mark. It was completely empty in the lobby when I went so I got chatting with the guy at the desk. Because there was nobody else there, he called over the girl at the check in desk and gave her 2 of the confirmations. They decided to do dueling check ins and see who could get the lowest positions. It was really funny (ok, maybe you had to be there to see the humour :lmao:). Each of them brought up 2 windows and entered their 2 confirmation numbers and prepared for the 24 hour mark. While our 4 numbers weren't RIGHT beside each other, 2 of them were and the other 2 were close. Three of the four confirmations were in group A and we just saved a seat for the person with the group B position.

Hopefully it won't be busy wherever you go to check in. You'll probably have the best luck doing it yourself or having a very trustworthy and reliable family member check in for you.
