Hi all!

I'm looking for ways to save on my upcoming Disneyland trip. I noticed on my Bank of America app that discounted Disneyland tickets were listed as an Amerideal reward. I was wondering if anyone has used this before. If so, how was the experience? Do they give you e-tickets and then you add them to your account? Any refund policy? The other option I was looking at was Getaway Today, which has the same price listed as the BOA deal (well, technically $1 cheaper lol), and I think I heard they're refundable, right? I'm interested in the refundability aspect because everyone in my family has health issues -- my dad right now is dealing with a knee injury, but it appears to be getting better, fingers crossed -- so things unfortunately can just be a bit unpredictable. Do you guys have any experience with Getaway Today? If so, what are your thoughts, and what's the process like?

Thanks for your time :) Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!

Coscto 3 day park hopper ticket + $30 dining credit for $450 is still a crazy good deal. Last week my local Costco had these still. No refunds on it but if you don't make it before the tickets expired disney usually will give you credit towards repurchasing new tickets.

Get Away today is awesome and easy to deal with. We have used them numerous trips and highly recommend them. They will email your tickets which you can either download or scan at the gates. You would need to speak with them about refunds I’m not sure what their policy is on that.

I bought tickets in October through the Bank of America Deals. The price was cheaper than everywhere else I looked and it gave me dining dollars. I didn't realize the dining dollars were able to be redeemed for Disney Gift Cards until months later. I got $20 per ticket I bought (I had bought 7). I bought 1 $100 gift card and was able to get $20 off! But a few months later I went back to redeem the rest of the dining dollars and I guess they are only worth $15 off $100 now? Not sure what the change was but I bought the Disney GCs.

We haven't used the tickets yet, I bought them for my extended family. (We currently have Magic Keys) we were supposed to go in February but moved the trip to December. But they look legit, we added them to my mom's account.

I don't know if these tickets are refundable, but they expire in January 2026 and can be redeemed as a credit towards future tickets if not used by then.

I think with Getaway today, you only can get a refund if you purchase the peace of mind add on. I always do that with our packages just in case. It's like buying trip insurance. I only had to cancel once and that was because Covid shut down the parks.

Thanks so much for the input, guys! With all of these options, can you scan your tickets into the app right away? We were able to get DAS again last year gratefully under the new rules and will be applying again. You have to have tickets scanned into your account before you can do the interview. Hoping to do the interview before the trip this year (provided I can get through this time! I'm assuming/hoping they've added more staff since then. Unfortunately our last trip happened right at the time of the change, so I know it was a lot on staff at that time.) So I just want to make sure it's easy to put the tickets into the online account with these third-party options.

Oh another question: How do you reserve your park days? When you buy them directly through the Disneyland site, you do it at the time of purchase.

If you are fully paid up on your trip (they offer layaway), you will get an email with your tickets via a PDF voucher with QR codes for each person's ticket. You then scan those QR codes into your Disneyland app. There is an icon in the bottom right with 3 dashes. That's where your tickets will be.

After you've entered your tickets and all are showing up, you can proceed with reserving park days on the app.

To make park reservations, you hit + at the middle in the bottom of the screen. Then you can tap on Make a Park Reservation.
