Blue Mayonnaise at Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe

Does anyone remember this from about 13 years ago? It was at the condiment bar...the mayo was actually BLUE. We thought it was the coolest thing...I know...it takes very little to amuse myself and DH. We've been to WDW almost every year since and they haven't had blue mayo since then! I was just wondering if anyone else remembers that and thought it was neat.

I also stopped eating there when they got rid of the AMAZING buffalo chicken sandwich though.

We were there about two years ago and my son LOVED the mini corn dog kids meal they had...they did away with that, too. Now they have a chicken nugget kids meal. He can get chicken nuggets at McDonald's anytime, so the mini corn dogs were a nice option on the menu. I'm sad to see those go, too!

I remember the blue mayonnaise!!! I was there in 1995 and just loved the idea of different colored condiments. That's the only reason that I wanted to go back to Cosmic Ray's!!! I guess I'll have to by-pass it now that I know they no longer have my blue mayonnaise. BOOOOOOOOOO

I remember it. We were told on a Keys to the Kingdom tour that they got rid of it because guests were complaining that the mayo had gone bad, they couldn't believe Disney was serving spoiled mayo. I guess some guests didn't understand the concept Disney was trying to convey.

No,I don't remember because unfortunately my WDW history only dates back to 2003. But I am trying hard to make up for lost time-my trip in December will be my eleventh since 2003! I DO remember the Fairytale Package,E-Ride Nights,Ultimate Park Hopper tickets,EMH Mornings ONLY with a set schedule,Ice Station Cool,Fantasy in the Sky,The Living Seas,Alien Encounter,Who Wants To Be A Millionaire-Play It!,Tarzan Rocks!,third-party transportation ONLY from OIA,hand stamps when exiting a park,Priority Seating reservations,AT&T post-show at Spaceship Earth,Canada "hotel" shop,no direct route from Dinoland to Asia,hideous shampoo/soap dispensers at the All-Star Resort,Radio Disney broadcasting from studio at Disney-MGM Studios and of course I remember Spaceship Earth WITH the wand.

They have yummy mini corn dogs at Caseys...I love those

WEDWDW - I haven't checked this thread in a long time! I can't believe you've been to WDW 10 going on 11 times in 4 years! That's AWESOME! You're so lucky!!! Maybe someday I'll catch up to you now!!

I remember it too I have to admit I wouldn't use it even though I knew it was exactly the same as regular mayo. My dh used it though and so did my kids. I wasn't aware they did away with the mayo though I don't think I have eaten there in a couple of years.

Well, I haven't been going long enough to remember it, but my DH remembers it and often says he wishes they still had it.
