Blue Bayou reservations?

Hopefully, somebody can help me out. I have heard that you can only make same day reservations at Blue Bayou, and other sit-down places. But I've also read that you can call a reservation number to make advance reservations.

Can anybody answer this question and give me their experiences?

We're going to try to eat at Blue Bayou, Storyteller's Cafe, PCH Grille, and Goofy's for breakfast, and we'll try to make ressie's if we can.

Hi guys! You can make a PS before your trip. Here's what I pulled from www.disneyland.com:

Blue Bayou Reservations Info:

Same-day reservations can be made in person for this location on a limited basis. Reservations can also be made in advance by calling (714) 781-DINE.

I believe you can call 30 days in advance. Enjoy! D

You can call in advance to make priority seatings and I highly recommend it! Wade, all of the locations you mentioned should take PS's.

I recently had a 1:50 PS at Blue Bayou. There was a huge stand by line waiting to get in (you can bypass them to check in with the hostess), we arrived at 1:40 to check in, asked for water side seating and were told it would be 20-25 minutes until we were seated. We were seated in 5 minutes.

You may need to wait longer for water side seating, but I like it the best.

At the Blue Bayou ask for a table by the water. It is worth a little extra wait to get one!

Reservations at both Blue Bayou and Goofy's Kitchen are a must unless you like to wait and wait and wait. Another cool thing you can make reservations at is the Fantasmic Dessert Buffet. It is a little pricey but totally worth it to me. It is located at the Disney Gallery balcony and seating is very limited (approx 16 seats). You can ressies 30 days in advance.

You can make Blue Bayou reservations 60 days in advance. I just did.
