BLT sold out for Dec if using pin, question

The CM encouraged me to keep checking, but I wonder if I should bother. My understanding is that rooms booked with discount offers revert to the rack rate pool when canceled. Does anyone know if this is true, for sure? Does it make any difference that it's a DVC property? Thanks.

(DH had been trying to talk me into BLT over the Poly for two weeks and he finally got me all excited at the idea of a W/D and TWO bathrooms ... and then they booked up while I was dilly-dallying. Now I am disappointed! My own fault. *sigh*)

The cm is correct-keep trying. I had 5 nites DVC BCV 1 br and did not have enough points for the fri, sat. It kept coming up booked for about a month and I would try several times a week. A few days ago I checked online and got it ,with an ap discount too. Peoples plans always change, you have to keep trying and get a little lucky.

We decided on a last minute trip for this May and I had my heart set on the BLT, but there weren't any rooms available. We decided on the Poly and I kept checking back for BLT room. Well my persistence paid off and a room opened up, but in the meantime I started to really like the idea of staying at the Poly. So now we are doing a split stay between the two ! Don't give up, Decemver is quite awhile from now.. Good luck !
