The Mara at Animal Kingdom Lodge and Centertown Market at Caribbean Beach Resort are the only two places I know that fit your criteria (Bloody Mary, Quick Service, Dining Plan).

Not quick service nor on the dining plan, so not at all what you asked, but for the record the Dawa bar in Animal Kingdom has a great bloody mary.

The one at Caribbean Beach Resort is a 200 mL can but the one at Animal Kingdom Lodge is mixed when ordered.

There was some kind of pre-made bloody mary can at BC Marketplace as well. We grabbed one as part of our evening quick-service credit then forgot it in the fridge...oops. Obviously my husband wasn't overly excited about it haha.
