They are charging customers 27.00 to rent a movie for one night.

they give no receipts so you can't prove that you returned it either.
Or they say you kept it for 25 days, when you did not.

we used the one in Publix a month ago and I was scared! It did however send me a receipt to my email. and when I returned it, it sent me a return receipt as well:. Did something happen that caused you to have this experience?
they're doing it (as i said ) to many people and they did it to us
three times in 2 months.

I love them! You can rent online and pickup the movie the next day.
I have returned a couple of movies at a different location than I picked up and haven't always gotten a returned email, but never a charge.

Not so scary. They don't keep your credit card on file. They associate the last four digits of your card number with your name. You should actually be happy about that - they were able to see that the person with your name and a credit card ending in those four digits has a great return recordThe scary thing is that they keep your CC info on file!!! All I had to do is give them the last four digits of my CC and they could see all the movies I had rented!!!!!

they CLAIM you never returned a dvd SINCE THEY DO NOT give receipts. do you get a receipt? DUH THEN, that's how they cheat you.
They claim you did not return, when you did. Or CLAIM YOU KEPT FOR 28 DAYS when you did not.
The market here where our is says they are removing this week due to complaints. So good luck with your credit card.
You,sir/mam, do not have to respond with a DUH THEN, simply answer WHY you had the issue and HOW it went down.
. As for the machine here in SC, It gave a receipt at the machine FOR the DVD as well as sent a copy to the email. It also gave me a confirmation number stating that the DVD was accepted and processed.

they are doing this all over. The machines d o not give receipts. they were not made with receipts in them.
The machines are in sueprmarkets and drugstores and etc. I heard that when you go to complain or have a problem, the store can't help you as it's not really their machine, just leased. They will tell you to call the number on the machine. How convenient for them

do you think i'd be complaining if i'd kept it 25 days??? then i'd rightfully be charged. If you'd read the posts, you'd know the issue i and------ others have been having.
