Does anyone else think Walmart thinks too highly of themselves to be constantly yanking their leaked ads at this late stage! I mean come on! Its only 9 days till Thanksgiving at this point, and most stores consider it a compliment when people leak their ads! I don't see why its such a crime (and what the big deal is) for people to know at this date what your ad will be for BF!

Today I went with dd10 on a field trip to our local newspaper "plant". They were running various ads including some of the BF sales flyers. I, jokingly, said that we had noticed that they had some of the flyers labeled "turkey day" or something on their floor (we were on the floor above looking down into the main facility) and that I should get dd's camera, zoom in, and take a picture...laughing and joking!!!......He didn't think it was even the least bit funny....I'm surprised that I wasn't thrown out and banned!!!

Yes considering to me I don't even think the ad is that good. I have already made a list at another store and a majority of my time and money will be spent there. If I had the WM ad earlier maybe I wouldn't have since the other store is a hour away.

I used to prebuy and exchange for cheaper price, or try to buy at cheap price, then return with reciept the more expensive one. In recent years, toysrus and target both have refused to honor the new price. Literally they put the item back in stock then i could rebuy or the sale item was slightly differnt than the other item, packaged different, different accessories.....

I prebought some items last year at Walmart and then returned on BF for a price adjustment. I got ALOT of attitude from the CS reps. At first they were going to refuse on a few items. I very calmly just said that was fine they could return the item and I would go out on the floor and grab a different one. They were all items that weren't highy likely to have been gone.

Another year I tried to buy an electronics item a day or two before. They said they were "out" of them. So I showed up on BF and that morning they moved them from the back to the case. I suppose they could have arrived that morning but probably more likely they emptied the case for BF sales.
