I am trying to remember when Target and Walmart and Toys R Us came out with their wish magazine for Christmas toys...anyone know about when they came out?? My son always goes through those and gives me a good idea of what he wants...then I try to find it on sale!

Belle, I just wanted you to know that I got my ds a Leapster 2, the charger, a case, and some games for a great deal last year. There were several BF and X-mas sales on them through Toys R Us, Leapster.com and Target/Walmart. I would suggest waiting till they all come out and adding up what you want and how much it will cost then buy from the best place....you wind up buying some stuff from one store and some stuff from another...I think that is what I did b/c some places had better prices on various parts. I know I got a steal last year on mine plus the Tag Reading system too. Just show those websites and you should make out pretty good!

Walmart has the leapster2 at 49.99 right now, it is $10 off. I bought the princess edition at 59.99 today since I keep seeing it on ebay and amazon for 79.99, I decided regular price must be a good deal on this special edition.
Target has a couple of games at $15 this week.

Costco has the Leapster 2 for $67.99 with a case and Up! Game. So basically you are buying the system and game and getting a case for free.

I can't find Target either. What did you see? I'm sooo bummed I missed it. I LOVE BLACK FRIDAY! I wait all year for this day. It's my absolute favorite. Can't wait until the ads are in my hand and I'm making my lists. =)

Oh, and I am too looking for a Leapster too. I hope they have good deals on them like last year.

If you are looking for books for anyone on your list, now may be a good time to buy! Walmart and Amazon are having a price war (I don't think this has been posted), and Walmart is pre-selling 10 books for $8.99, that will be shipped to your home for free when they are available. I ordered several yesterday (some for me, some for my sisters and nieces).
