BL9 Friday Exercise Challenge - Kick of the challenge with a BANG!

Did 30 min. on the Wii Fit and 1/2 of the 30-Day Shred. Hoping to do all of it tomorrow.
 
40 minutes on the treadmill this morning for me.:goodvibes
We will probably bundle up later to take the dog for a walk.

Just walked 1.87 miles with my mom around the neighborhood! Wii Fit and WATP later. Time for my BL Protein drink!
 
did 60 minutes on the Wii this morning. I was right, I can't do it with the kids around. All I heard was I'm bored, I wanna play in my room. Thanks, but I don't need an audience.

I really wish it were warmer so I could walk. One more reason to move to FL, I love walking around WDW.
 

I went to the gym and did an hour long yoga class. I want to get some sort of aerobic exercise in today, too.
 
walked my dog in the snow for 45 min. both dog and i were happy to be out there, dd came so it was extra fun!

I missed this, but I did get 30 min wii fit, and will do another 13 or 26 of wii fit boxing when my son't show is over.

Bernardand miss bianca- I just did the wii fit free step while watching Icarley with my son. Not my first choice, but it kept him happy.
 
I got 30 mins walking around the neighbourhood before my knee gave out BUT at least it was something and I wasn't on the couch. I may do some total gym tonight as well

I am in as well, did 1 hour of Wii fit this morning and I will be doing my Kathy Smith lift weights to lose weight video tonight.

Happy New Year! My idea of outdoor exercise is walking around WDW! :teeth: I did 40 minutes of cardio today on my Nordic Track and exercise bike. :woohoo:
 
Saw the post on the BL9 thread and it inspired me to get up and do some Wii Fit today. I logged in 40 minutes of free step.

I got in 25 minutes of walking today ONLY because of this challenge, so thanks Melanie!
 
30 minute Firm dvd today, my first ever:-) Thanks for pushing me today when I really just wanted to sit around as vacation is starting to come to an end...:rotfl2:

I did Biggest Loser Wii for 40 minutes this morning and then I did the Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout dvd for 40 minutes after having a muffin and some coffee.
Took my girls to a movie and did 20 more minutes of BL Last Chance, the upper and lower body circuits only. Then I did the upper body and ab sections on the BL 30 Day Jump Start dvd for anther 20 minutes.

That's 120 minutes total with a burn of 975 calories. Bring 2010 in with a bang.
 
50 minutes of strength and core for me. Not super thrilling, but better than nothing. Decided to skip the TM today and do my "long run" tomorrow instead of Sunday, since it's the final stretch before the Half.

According to the Bugg, I've gotten in 126 minutes of moderate activity. The only structured was about 90 min of hiking up sandy hills here in the desert near my house with the Husky and DD & DH20. Netted us 2 NICE discarded bikes which DS20 should be able to fix/clean/get tires & sell. Also some of the white wire shelving for closets ....people here just dump tons of stuff in the desert. There was a nice wood kitchen table, a piece of a sectional and a headboard/footboard, too!
 
I did what I could and will continue to improve, being limited with only being 4 weeks post knee surgery. I was able to do 10 minutes on my Gazelle, which is similar to an eliptical machine. I also did 16minutes of the Wi Plus routines that would be ok for me and not inappropriate for my knee.

I also spent over an hour and half undecorating the tree, and house. Packed up the decorations in the plastic tubs and DH put them all in our attic.

Tomorrow I will be packing up those things that are fragile and cannot stand being in the attic. Plus, doing some cleaning around the house.

My goal is to do 10 minutes every day on the Gazelle and increase to 15 min when I can tolerate it. I may not lose fast but that is better, I want to get this weight off and keep it off.

Done - I got mine in late tonight since we slept in till 11am and DD17 and I went to the mall.

I did 20 minutes of a Jillian Michael Cardio DVD and then couldn't keep up with the high impact with my back and my knee started bothering me so I switched to a Leslie Sansone 4 mile WATP's video. Total for me was 80 minutes!!! YEAH!
 
Does anyone want to continue this challenge daily??????? Or do you want to move to the January Exercise challenge? Did this particular challenge make you exercise when you wouldn't have otherwise? I think it made me............since I felt accountable to it.
