I didn't check in over the weekend, but did pretty good in the eating and exercise dept. I did yard work for about 4 hours total on saturday, and another hour yesterday. I'm off to take a quick walk before work now. Yesterday, we went to 2 birthday parties, and I did not have cake at either. (a big accomplishment for me.)
Yesterdays food-
bkfst-toast w/ margarine, cantaloupe
snack-yogurt
lunch-ham, green beans, small serving mac and cheese, and salad.
snack- half a muffin top, apple cider
dinner-small piece lasagne, lg salad.
snack- fiberone bar.
